Our Advisors
Ingrid Gonzalez
Ingrid is a versatile executive and client advocate with 20+ years of leadership and international sales experience in established Fortune 500, startup, and on/offshore organizations. Her tenureship includes working for companies such as Dell, IBM, and Microsoft.
At Microsoft she was a Sales Director, where she led the highly regulated healthcare vertical. She managed a team of healthcare professionals that partnered with the largest health providers, payors, and life science organizations, focused on improving quality of life and better health outcomes.
Ingrid joined Google in December 2017, and since joining Google, she has successfully built and led a strong Cloud sales team that is focused on changing the world with data-driven innovation. In October 2022 Ingrid was appointed to run the Corporate Workspace Team for NorthAmerica.
Combining her expertise in collaboration, productivity solutions, business development, and product advocacy, Ingrid has been able to drive transformation, revenue growth, and Go-to-Market strategies that have captured new market share.
Community & Advisory Roles
Outside of work, Ingrid focuses on her passions, which are to help drive diversity, inclusion, and equal parity to our communities that need it the most. In July 2020 Ingrid was appointed President and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Positive Planet US, a 22 year old non-profit organization helping underprivileged communities to leave poverty through entrepreneurship.
Since 2021, Ingrid has been a Board member of the North American Committee of the Foreign Trade Advisors of France. Foreign Trade Advisors of France (CCEF in French) are Leaders named by the prime minister of France to help advise the French government in the promotion of international trade.
Ingrid has a Masters’ degree in entrepreneurship from Master HEC Entrepreneurs, speaks 5 languages and is an aficionada of classical music, art, and discovering the world.
Ashley Mohan
Ashley Mohan is a visionary executive, a dynamic speaker, and a trusted advisor to leaders worldwide. With a career forged in the heart of Silicon Valley, Ashley specializes in translating complex strategy into simple, executable action. Ashley brings a unique blend of strategic depth, operational grit, and inspiring energy to every stage.
For 13 years at Google, Ashley mastered the art of scaling growth and leading transformation.
As the North America Head of Industry for Google Ads, she successfully managed a $750M global portfolio and served as a key advisor to Fortune 500 CMOs across Travel, Retail, and Tech, driving expertise in digital transformation and the media ecosystem.
At Google Cloud, she led Business Excellence and Strategy, designing and launching productivity and operational improvements for the $XXB North America Sales organization.
Prior to Google, she worked in hospitality private equity in the ultra luxury space, developing and launching a $2B+ hotel and resort portfolio, including the first Four Seasons resort in Costa Rica. Her career began as a management consultant and startup executive.
Ashley has also dedicated over a decade to leadership development and “people first” coaching. She designs and leads custom programs for global giants like Google, Walmart and J&J, helping their executive teams become more effective communicators and strategic thinkers. She is also a top-rated lecturer at the Wharton Executive MBA program.
She is an alumna of the Wharton School and the Stanford LEAD Executive Education Program.
